Yes it’s a really tight turn at the light , then another sharp turn I thought I was going to the wrong area for a second. Check in , then they give u a dock. Got in dock 2, easily. Out within 30 min. I’d rather this any day !!! Staff great also

I p/u in Tar Heels to be delivered in Cummings, GA. Tar Heels was pre-loaded and waiting 12 hrs early so I had some time to deliver. Sales asked to please deliver early so, I came in at 9a for 4p. Didn't get a door until after 2p anyways. While waiting I got a p/u from Cummings back to TarHeels for the next day. I informed the check-in clerk and dock manager. After being unloaded the dock manager said to go get trailer washout and come back for reload when I returned.
Got back 1.5 hrs later at 6:24p and been here every since. Appointment time not honored. Have seen multiple local trucks come and go as I sat. Finally got me to a door as the last truck of the day with 2 more trucks still ahead of me. Not sure what time I will be finished but this is ATL and trying to find a park this late at night will be a joke so I am staying close.

Don't waste your clock or time coming here. There are no driver facilities at all. Their parking is for inbound 1hr before appt only.

Site is very tight and the guard has to guide you onto property and into the door. Employees are in close proximity to the truck and dock areas so please be alert.

The turn from the mainstreet is very tight, wait for the traffic to move then swing wide. If you use their parking space "the hole" be very careful of railing, a slick drop off and the small incline (landing gear should be all the way up).

I have tried to stay with you as I used to rate you as a number one bacon and ham products on the marketplace. Since last year, when you cut out the smokehouses to smoke, your bacon and ham, they have become less appetizing. You have lost a large part of your customer base by cutting corners. Since your acquisition, the new owners have been finding ways to cut cost, and that is costing you business. I have tried to stay with you using thick cut bacon, but even that is subpar. About one out of four packages or just regular thin cut bacon with no flavor. I would hope that you would take this information to your quality control people and re-introduce the old smokehouse method. That is what made Smithfield products so great.

Overnight Parking on street just before entrance and enough for 3 trucks. Arrived Friday @1900, Appointment was for Saturday @1300, and I didn't get unloaded until Saturday 1700. Park on street then walk up to security to check in. When entering TURN RIGHT past gate, set up for a straight line backing, then go to your door. IF YOU GET DOCK DOOR 1 you will have to open doors prior to backing into dock as opposed to DOCK DOOR 2 you can open them while aligned with dock. They will call you when ready for a door whether it be shipping or receiving 🇭🇳👍🏽😎👍🏽🇭🇳

I bought this from Walmart on FARMINGTON RD, IN DECATUR GA. I WLL NEVER BUY FROM SMITHFIELD AGAIN. This is actually the 2nd time l ave experience this. I am also going to take this to FACEBOOK, INSTAGRAM, AND TWIITTER/X. SMITHFIELD apparently take there customers or consumers FOR GRANTED. How do you package this Where is the QC in this process of PRODUCING
THIS MESS! I URGE YOU NOT TO PATRONIZE THIS COMPANY

Watch the right turn onto Hutchinson Rd. That utility pole is in a bad spot. You must buttonhook and wait for the oncoming lane of Hutchinson to be clear. Otherwise great place friendly and professional people. Quick load and quick to get bills. Backing a little tight but just relax and take your time. No parking and no facilities. You might be able to come late night and park in front if you’re the only truck and have a first morning load. But idk you may get runoff.

Sunday, Sept 4, 2022 morning. I purchased 2 Smithfield baby back ribs. They look decent. Here’s the nightmare, opening there was so much fat it took me 1.5 hrs to shear cut the fat off those ribs. Are you selling meat or fatback. I paid $14 and $15 for those ribs from Walmart. I one I purchased at Publix for $20 wasn’t any difference. This exhausted me and ruined my cooking. Happy belated Labor Day.
