Stop at main gate (red circle) for pulp delivery. Wait for them to call you. There is parking overnight (yellow circle) for about 10 trucks. I delivered at singular dock (last yellow circle.) Long wait! Quick unload. Google says 24 hour, but still have to check in & wait. No restrooms where I unloaded

I had a great experience delivering a live unload for this location my appointment was on a Sunday morning at 6:00 , I arrived here at 10 :00 pm of the Saturday, they let me check in and unloaded me “30 pallets “ in 45 min i was out of the gate by 10:45 with paperwork in hand
The lady at the guard shack is super friendly and helpful, the gentleman in the check in trail is friendly too
It was a great experience and what made it even better is they have overnight parking near the entrance gate 3
They have clean restroom for truckers as-well
Will comeback here again for sure

Please don’t come here if not your whole day will be ruined. I came here 8:50am and still here waiting on a call for a door almost 11:00am. I ask for a restroom but the told me to go back to the truck stop and come back. No restroom here for drivers, very very ridiculous..

Not too bad, overall. If you are a live load, you slide tandems to rear,, check in, drop trailer in assigned door, disconnect, chock tires, place dolly under nose of trailer and go to designated bobtail parking, or you can leave the property and come back when trailer is ready. You have to call 2.5 hours after you drop trailer to see if finished, if finished, go hook up, check out and roll on. They do have actual restrooms to use, no porta potties.

I don’t usually review anyone but this place is the worst. Live loading here? Good luck . Minimum half a day. Yes half like 12 hours. Sometimes 24 hours . I got here 2pm yesterday it’s 8 am now next day. Trailer Still at the door.

If you Live load or unload better cancel your load. Im here from 9:17am and now it's 10:06Pm more than 12 hours already and still they telling me not ready.

I know they are slow now, but they are trying to handle all in & outbound product while missing a building. The tornado took out one of the warehouses. The people are friendly and helpful and doing what they can. The pics I posted are of what used to be the warehouse that live loads would use and where the drivers lounge & restrooms were.

PAY ATTENTION: If you picking Wet Lap, REJECT the load. it will complitelly mess up your trailer. U will need hours to clean, and still will be leftovers. No worth any money.
