School Street's production of Sweeney Todd is superb! The singing, acting, costumes, hair/makeup, sets, lighting, sound, direction - everything is on point! Sweeney is not easy to do - but this troupe handles it expertly! We are so lucky to have a beautiful venue and extensive talent in our neighborhood.

Please, if you have asthma, COPD or other lung issues, do not go to see Sweeney Todd. At the beginnning, in a totally irrelevant attempt to create atmosphere, they release a lot of smoke from the stage. In that small theater, with poor ventilation, it remains thick in the air, and it doesn't do your lungs any favors.

A must-visit! Cool atmosphere inside, friendly staff always ready to assist. Their plays and music performances are top-notch. Ideal for family fun or a solo escape.
