I initially bought their classic plush in a full size for my daughter because I didn't think I needed one of the higher models because my 3 year old is all of 20 lbs. But when we got it home it was so small for the bed frame and it really bothered me. They did send a customer care person out to look at it but nothing came of that because they said all full beds should be the same size. So I decided to go in and get an exchange with their comfort care policy where you pay a fee to upgrade and I am glad I did. I got the luxury firm in the orthopedic line and it fits the bed frame now. Soo I would say stay away from lower models, it cost me. But the higher models are great. I also have another one of their orthopedic models on my own bed and love it.

You can see the pictures the difference of the two beds. The classic plush was about 3 1/"2 narrower and 2" shorter.

If I could give zero stars I would. Be aware! What we got was not the same as what is in the showroom. They don’t stand behind their product! We immediately knew it wasn’t right and their answer is for us to take off work and drive to Marietta to cut open the mattress and prove that it’s made correctly. It’s a “pillow top” but unbearable to sleep on. We asked for the one in the showroom as a solution and they want a fee for that. I regret ever entering this business!

Brian went above and beyond to help my mom with the right mattress and and setup. My mom is recently widowed and has mobility issues that has made it difficult for her to get in her bed. She needed a lower mattress to replace her side of an adjustable set while avoiding the cost of getting a completely new king bed. The situation was a bit complicated and Brian was incredibly kind and patient with us to make sure that she got a comfortable new bed that fit with her current arrangement. I found this amazing store thru a Google search and was so impressed with the reviews that we chose to go in with the intention of visiting a few more to compare pricing.
There is no pressure from either Ben or Paul, they are incredibly knowledgeable about all of their products and the best part is that their mattresses are made right here in Georgia!
After testing out several mattresses and learning what each one does, I was concerned their price would be quite high.
Much to my surprise, their prices were very reasonable. Enough so that we bought 2 full sets of mattresses!
There was no sense in wasting time shopping around.
One more surprise is that everything was delivered, set up and old mattresses removed within a week!
Original Mattress Factory is by far the best shopping experience we've ever had!
I cannot recommend this store and their sales people highly enough.

Just bought my second mattress from Paul and once again a great experience. He's such a genuine person and so knowledgeable without ever putting pressure on you to buy. He let's the quality of the product sell itself. New king pillow top that was delivered on time and by very professional employees. Wonderful product. Highly recommend OMF and kudos to Paul.

I recently purchased an adjustable bed base from OMF. I didn't need a mattress so just purchased the base. The sales process was so nice. No pressure. He just answered my questions, provided me the prices and let me go. It was a couple weeks for me to decide but never once did I feel pushed. I also loved that I didn't need to be concerned about buying and the very next week it go on sale. I like that the price is the price! BTW - the adjustable base is AWESOME!

Salesman Paul did a great job explaining all options. I can tell you i was lost when I started and looked at many places, Paul shared knowledge and info and made us feel comfortable and we went back and bought a adjustable bed.

Have bought several mattresses from them and always a good straightforward experience. They never try and push me into a more expensive mattress. They simply explain the differences and respect your choice. Bought the mattress for our master bedroom at the furniture store that we got the bedroom set from and regretted it. Thier product is cheaper and better made.
