I want to start off by saying TODD and Undercover Systems Inc., we’re like a breath of fresh air. Especially after dealing with some of the most horrific outdoor contractors we’ve had. TAL and his crew were not only on time, they were professional, courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. From the time they arrived they greeted us and explained exactly what was about to be done. Once they got started they never stopped working until the project was complete. The finished product was amazing and the quality of work was stellar. After they cleaned up, it was like they were never here. To say the least we were speechless. So for anyone whom is looking to have an undercover system added to your home, I would definitely recommend UNDERCOVER SYSTEMS INC to the world.

Your team was awesome! could look at the photo and confirm the system was installed by your company, and could find the drawings in the archive. Came for inspection and gave sweet surprise that Ceiling is in great condition even after 23 years and could suggest a portion of the gutter change with an estimate. Came and fixed the gutter, cleaned up and sealed the entire area, great that the final cost came below the estimate. I would highly recommend your product and my home is an example for durability and quality.

Our experience with Undercover Systems was outstanding. We were leaning towards another company which specializes in aluminum materials. After observing the fine print, I realized their limited warranty was void if attached to pressure treated wood. Undercover Systems lifetime unlimited warranty is covered even when attached to treated lumber. Undercover Systems was professional, timely and efficient. Undercover Systems did a superb job installing my deck under covering. Tom Stevens, the owner, came to the house to personally do the measurements. The 3 man crew then did the installation a few weeks later as planned. The work crew was extremely professional, efficient and personably. A day after the installation a heavy rain storm verified that the system was airtight!
Overall... a great experience with Undercover Systems. I highly recommend this company.

I've waited a few months to write my review, as to allow a few rainstorms to come through to make sure our system worked the way it should. We are VERY pleased with the completed work, as well as the entire process. Undercover systems is the real deal - very professional and they know their business! Do not hesitate to use them!

There were no hidden fees and the cost was really competitive. I am remodeling my back patio/pool area, and looked into getting one company to do the work. After getting 4-5 quotes ranging in price from $23k to $75k, I realized I needed to be my own contractor and go direct. The team at Undercover Systems have their act together and there is no BS which is what I like. Austin explained what the process was and followed it through to completion. I didn’t catch the worker’s names who were with him, but there was never any downtime and they all worked effectively & efficiently with each other. I have already recommended you to 3-4 other neighbors as they saw your truck in the neighborhood.
