Waste of time and money. I called to see if they could take care of me. I was told but a gentleman yes and to come on in with the part.
I went in on a Tuesday. A different gentleman discussed my project in person. He guaranteed me a product by next week.
Next week rolls around, all of a sudden, “We don’t do that kind of project.” Then why was I told differently not once but twice.
Pretty piss poor communication and customer service skills.
I would say call beforehand to make sure they aren’t wasting your time but that clearly didn’t work for me.
