Brian Waldner missed our meeting that we scheduled weeks in advance without notice and when I called him to ask why he didn't bother to call or show up, he back peddled on what services they could provide. Said they are not capable of designing the molds requested after previously confirming they were a turn key operation. After he bailed out on the meeting and explained their incapabilities to manage the product, got short and rude and hung up the phone. Hopefully management steps forward and tries to fix this internal issue with their sales associates.

Keep in mind that this was after they claimed they will take on the project and AFTER they received all of my confidential sketches of the product.

Don't waste your time calling or leaving messages to Customers service (Kristen) or specifically to shipping and receiving (Mcennon)
