I've been looking for years for someone in our area to sandblast and paint some old wrought iron porch furniture that used to belong to my wife's parents. Fortunately, I saw James's business in Bonaire and the results were beyond spectacular. He stripped all 12 pieces down to the bare metal and then applied a white powder coat to them. My wife is thrilled with the results and our thanks to James and his crew for a job well done!

This company has exceptional customer service. They are so understanding, quick responding and willing to help. I ordered the 18" Harry Potter sign for a friend's classroom and they helped me customize it to make it something extremely special that will last her throughout her career and longer. I couldn't recommend this company and their merchandise more. It is so rare to find great people with great work ethic and a great heart behind their art. I will definitely be repurchasing from them in the future!

Jamie and his crew at ICM are the BEST! Jamie's creativity and mindset for ideas is out of this world. I called on Jamie a few months ago to help me create a steal sign for the front of my building. Jamie created the coolest piece of art work for our store front that stands out above the rest. Whether you are looking for a piece of art work for you home or business, this is the company to call. Words to describe this company are: professionalism, creative, on time, open communication, dedication and great customer service. Keep up the good work!

I got a custom metal sign from this company via Etsy. I got it at a specialized size, with a personalized message, and all of it was executed flawlessly. Customer support was exemplary, quick and informative. I was provided with consistent but not overzealous progress updates, and I believe the whole process took about 2 weeks (this during Christmas holiday, with extra activity). The final product is sturdy, quality steel — the cut is precise and smooth. Would recommend to anyone looking for a quality metalwork, particularly signs! 5 stars!

I'm a firm believer in keep business local to help the local economy . Ive been rebuilding motorcycles and doing fab work for 15 years and was looking for someone local to handle my powder coating jobs. I have passed ICM many times and noticed they powder coat , so I figured I would give the bonaire guys my business. I was in the process of building a 2003 Harley Davidson Road Glide and need several parts powdercoated gloss black. I loaded them up and took them to the shop on 23 October 2020. I ended up talking with Tucker about the job and we agreed upon a price and I left them there. Later that day I sent tucker a message to please makesure the any surface with seals or inside are not coated. (I have in text messages). His response back was sometimes we get a little bit on the inside. I was thinking ok maybe a little blow by no biggie. Several days go by and I get a call that my parts are done. I get there to get the parts from tucker. The parts were packed up in a cardboard box with foam wrapped around them.(that's good) . He had the engine gaurd so I could see the work. Not bad looking. I get home and start laying them all out on the table to realize this isn't no blow by powder. The threaded holes, and 100% of the internals were coated. This is a no no!! They are numerous close tolerance parts moving within this motor, the gaskets and seals will not sit correctly, not one bolt woukd start into the threads, and overtime the powder could breakdown causing the oil to not flow through the engine correctly. That causing the engine to lock up. I immediately text tucker (text so I have documentation) and told him about the issue. I asked do they not tape up the surfaces that they do not want powder on and do they not use masking plugs for the threaded holes. He said they don't do that. I was in shock. Im not one to complain about just anything but this was rediculous. I attempted that weekend to remove the powder from the inside of the motor. Hours and hours later I decided to stop. I paid for a job to be done correctly and it should be done correctly. I took the parts that were in question back to ICM and which I talked to Cameron. After explaining my issue he totally understood and said Tucker never said anything about not coated the inside nor the surfaces in which seals were. Cameron was very polite and said we will get this prob fixeded and I apologize. Six days passes and I hear nothing back from no one. I make a call up there and talk to tucker. He was not aware of my parts being up there. I explained to him many times about the proper masking procedure and his response was thats not how they do it. After several text he said my parts were ready to be picked up again. He then said before you get up here we could only do them they way we did previously. I was like really confused by now. I asked what do you mean? Either we can give back the way they were (not correct) or we can strip them down and get them back bare. I said ok strip them down for me and how about half of my money back for the job being incomplete. He stated you have 2 options like they were or stripped either way no refund will be granted. By now I'm getting aggravated. A local business pulling some shady stuff like this. He said if you have a problem with that call James parker. The next morning I run up to pick my parts up that are stripped. Taking a coworker to be a witness I get there and they've lost 2 pieces. Tucker in a smart tone informed me thats all I gave him when I dropped them off to him. If you remember Cameron was the one I dropped the parts of to the second time. I said you weren't the one who took the parts and I need my parts. He argued for a min before going to look. He found them out in the pile of sand. I took my parts and left the property. Once in the truck I called Mr James parker with the intention of getting a resolution. Says I ran out of characters...alot more to this story.. 1600$ in parts ruined. Could have been easily resolved if they would have sucked up their pride just once. This isn't over!!!
