Absolutely amazing experience! Our truck broke down on the way home from a military graduation and they were able to diagnose and fix the problem all within one day so we were able to get home that night. They were nice and funny, very professional. They walked us through everything and the pricing was transparent, they didn’t try to upsell us on anything and just fixed the main problem and let us decide what to do next. Amazing service and would 100% return if we lived closer.

2/21/25 update: it's been a a while but see the manager just responded and attempted to downplay my review by trying to say my vehicle is old, an alignment is done by a machine, it doesn't judge age of vehicle, shape color or displacement, the fault was of your own employees either inability to follow the direction that the alignment machines provided or just lack of care and to try to justify the bad work that it was, is just sad. To say I was disappointed is an understatement. Your incompetent employee put a lugnut on so tightly it eventually had to be dropped off and the entire lug replaced. You should be ashamed of your staff. I will keep reposting this review in hopes that no one will ever consider using your alignment services.

UPDATE: it's been a couple weeks since I went in for my alignment, I was about to change the brake pads on my truck and realized I couldn't break the lug nuts free. The mechanic put them on so tight with an impact wrench that I could hardly break them free. Mind you I'm 6'3 300lbs. I had to stand on a 3 ft breaker bar and bounce to get them loose. Completely ridiculous. One of the lug nuts rounded off and now my tire is stuck on the truck. Thankfully there wasn't an emergency out in the middle of no where because there is no getting the tire off.

Went in for an alignment, nice place and staff but after the alignment my steering wheel was turned left while driving straight. Called and spoke with someone and they told me to bring it back in so they could look at it. So I go back up there about an hour later and they take it in, 3 hours later they say the truck is done. Steering wheel still crooked and alignment was off again. I won't be back even to fix it for free. 2 strikes and you're out.

The check in clerk was welcoming when I came in. They emailed a fact sheet of services and detailed pricing. They came just under the dealership prices. I probably would have spent 50 dollars more at Mercedes Benz of Columbus and gotten my car cleaned and washed. When I picked up my car from Auto Masters it was very dirty on the driver side. I sent pictures so they could see it, they offered to wipe it out but I didn’t have time to bring it back. I gave them 4 stars.

The people at Automasters are just top tier! Their pricing is very reasonable and they are efficient beyond all belief. I could not recommend them enough to keep my car and truck in great shape!

Staff isn't friendly at all. The lady at the front desk was very rude to me. When I spoke woth her on the phone the day before she said that I could come get a diagnostic the next morning. So I came expecting just that. We had already talked about me dropping my car off another day since it's the only transportation that I have. I get there and she says she doesn't even remember having that conversation and that they only do drop offs. So I could either drop it off or I would have to come back another day. I just decided to leave all I wanted was a diagnostic that day. I didn't deserve the attitude she gave me. Terrible customer service.

I brought my vehicle to Auto Masters
repair to have the air conditioner
repaired. While my car was there a hood rat broke into it in their parking lot and did almost one thousand dollars in damage. I was told the next day that it would cost over two thousand dollars to replace the entire air conditioning unit in my car that they did not want to fix it. I was charged 119 dollars for them to tell me they had to put a new unit in. Needless to say it was a horor
story doing business with these
theives..l would go some place else if I were you.

You were concerned about the break in of your property without any concern really for your customers property. I have insurance so i didnt push for your assistance however, with the trouble ive gone through and continue to go through having my cars damage fixed, you could have at least waved or offered a discount on the 109.00 you charged to tell me my AC isnt working, especially knowing you were going to charge me 2,300+ to to repair my AC.
