This is a review for FedEx as a whole. They have been miss delivering my packages for the past 3 years and I’ve been calling but all I get is they would investigate and some hours later will get a text that they have conducted an investigation and it shows they delivered my package. And their evidence is a grainy picture of part of the package with nothing showing where it was actually delivered.

If I have the option, I would never let them handle my package, but unfortunately there is no way to know what delivery services the company I’m shopping on online would use. This is why I stopped shopping on some companies I know uses them, so if you have an online business and are interested in keeping your client base, I would advise you not to use FedEx because they are going to frustrate your clients.

Below are some of their delivery photos. The third one shows a White House, but there is nowhere in my house painted white and non of my neighbors have a white house.

I'm sorry others had such bad experiences. As this is location is just a drop-off, I was aware my item needed to be properly boxed and labeled. The associate was very friendly and helpful. She scanned my label, asked me for my phone number and let me know I would be receiving a text with the tracking information. The text hit my phone as I was walking out the door. Can't really ask for more than that.
