I have to change my review after the last visit. They started me with a agreeable amount(400), standard in the business, to do my taxes. Now, they have many hidden fees that they don't tell you until you show up to pay them. Even after they verbally agreed to a certain price (400) up front. Then they blame or point the finger at the new software on my increase in pricing. For example, they have been charging me 400 a year for the past three years. Then they bump it to almost 600, and they even did my taxes incorrectly. I found the mistake myself and had to go back and make corrections. So be very careful when doing business with these people and get your PRICING UP FRONT IN WRITING. In business it a two way street, not a one way street at Poe's Accounting. By the way, I found a firm in that will do my taxes for 400. Good luck these people!
