I had an awesome experience working with Water Pro! We had a leak from our jacuzzi bath tub in the master bath that leaked down onto our kitchen ceiling. They came and assessed the issues and provided a fair quote with good time estimations. We were able to get everything dried out and ceiling repaired quickly, and they were extremely flexible in being able to work around my schedule. I've already shared my experience with some friends and would highly recommend to anyone.

We had a flood in our kids 2nd floor bathroom that led to water running through the ceiling of our foyer. After the plumbing issue was fixed we were referred to Andy at Water Pro. He quickly responded to our inquiry and provided a free consultation talking us through risks of mold, their drying process and things to consider regarding putting through an insurance claim. He had a lot of great information and tips to share with no pressure to commit. After deciding to use Water Pro Andy quickly began the drying process and administering the demo and starting the drying process. Within a week of the completion of the drying process, Andy arranged to have his contractors come out. They did a great job with tiling our bathroom and fixing the ceiling. WaterPro has a great team of professionals that provided great service from start to finish.

Andy the owner goes above and beyond. I called him and left a message about a leak in our house. He calls me back a few hours later and tells me he’d arrive in a couple hours, actually got here way earlier. Spends almost 3 hours looking for the source of the leak, talking us through his thinking process the whole time, and finally finds that an electrician had poked a hole through one of our pipes. Our previous plumber wasn’t able to figure that out and we had gone through the whole water mitigation and restoration process thinking our shower was the problem. Andy didn’t take any money, saying this was just a service call. But we will definitely be hiring him for restoration! Best contractor I’ve ever worked with. You can clearly see he just wants to help, even though we may have never hired him. 10 stars.
