I’m awarding two stars ONLY because they have overnight parking. As you can see from the picture, I was able to complete most of my break sitting in the door. Absolutely horrendous unload times at this location. I suggest canceling plans and packing a lunch for about three days if you come here. It is spacious enough, so you shouldn’t have too much of an issue backing in either.

Any star for this place is too many. They do not care about a truckers' time, and it takes too many hours to unload. If you can at all do not come here.
The appointment time was 0400, got in a dock right at 0400. I am currently still sitting here with no movement at all in the trailer at 0830.
Edit: I'm still currently here waiting. Lost my other load I was supposed to pick up. It's now 1100.
Another edit: it's now 1200 and finally got the green light and paperwork in hand.
This place sucks.

Would give zero stars if I could. Just make sure you pack a lunch and dinner, and possibly breakfast for the next day. The lumper service doesn't get in a hurry, which isn't unusual for a lumper service, and the people who actually work for Publix don't care either. One of the warehouse employees even admitted that he doesn't shop at the stores because of their high prices, part of which is due to the large amount of detention fees they have to pay because they can't unload trucks in a timely manner.

This will be my 1st & last time coming here. They are extremely understaffed & unorganized with the door assignment. I went from door 82 to 88 to 92 to 58 all within 90mins. Drivers were arguing over doors because different staff members were telling us to go to different doors. My appt time was for 830a, I received a door at 930a, I was empty at 3p but didn't receive my paperwork until 415p. A whole work shift to get unloaded and I do not get paid by the hr.

Update. They do have an overnight parking. The big lot on the right side is no more. They did build another warehouse over there. But the security person is going to send us where u can stay overnight. Be civilized and don’t throw your garbage’s on the ground. They do have a clean yard. Thanks

If you have a appt...there sometimes very early or very late....if ur door is blocked...wait for call from receiving....if no call..rush to see them...WE CALLED YOU BUT UR PHONE WAS BUSY....BS..watch out for lies & lazy workers...here..
