Charles is a class act. Great guy, and a man of his word. We have used CX Fab on multiple commercial projects and have always received quality service. If there are ever any punch items or issues, CX Fab is always quick to correct them and make the necessary adjustments. Charles and his team provide value from a design / build perspective by providing suggestions and information on material types, value engineering options, and lead time information. As the owner of Five Points Construction Company I have enjoyed working with Charles and his team at CX Fabrications. As a GC it's difficult to find good millwork subcontractors and I appreciate their efforts to make the projects go smoothly. Because of his knowledge and expertise, I have even included him in our meetings with the owner and design teams. CX Fab has been proactive in turning around pricing and shop drawings, which is key in my industry as a Commercial GC. Punch list items have been minimal due to the effort put in on the front end of the project. The few items I may have are addressed quickly and to set expectations. I have recommended CX Fab to many other GC's in the South East.

I used Cx Fabrications to build cabinets for my master bathroom. They were more than professional and reasonably priced. Their estimator came out to my home and measured the bathroom. He suggested a few things and details that might enhance the look of the renovation. I asked them to work in conjunction with my contractor. CX Fabrications was hired to provide wall and base cabinets for the Concession Stand in the North Cobb High School Gymnasium. The cabinets were professionally constructed and installed. I would highly recommend them for anyone looking for quality cabinets for their home or business.

If it was possible to give them less than one star I would. We hired CX Fabrications to install some floating shelves on either side of a fireplace along with new kitchen cabinets. So many issues were had that CX had to be fired and a new fabricator was brought in to finish their work after giving them more than four months to complete the work.

A built in refrigerator was planned and would be installed by the appliance company after the cabinet surround was set. When the refrigerator got there it could not be installed because the box was out of square by more than 5/8". That opened Pandora's box because it was out of square due to the base cabinets not lining up with the upper cabinets. To fix this we would end up having to remove recently installed quartz counter top and re-do everything.

This was on top of having to replace more than six doors due to them warping. Some of the replacement doors that CX tried to install were also warped and had to be replaced. Each time we had to wait two weeks because they don't make any of their doors and had to wait on a different shop that clearly didn't make CX's work a priority.

The entire kitchen should have been torn out and redone but since CX shirked their responsibility the costs for replacement had to be born by the client. In general the material and install was terrible!!

They were also paid to add six Oak floating shelves in the family room. These were to be stained and fit snug to the walls. After they were installed we noticed most of the shelves had gaps between 3/8" and 5/8" between the wall! This was the owner, Charles', idea of stain grade work. His guys tried to cover it up by using colored caulk to fill the gap. Not only did it look horrible they got caulk all over the hardwood flooring and just left it there. The shelves ended not being able to be refinished because they were only 1/16" veneer on plywood and too thin to try to sand and fill gaps and were unsalvageable.

Charles and his company were given repeated chances to fix their mess and only made matters worse by trying to cut corners on the fixes. Turns out the owner had NO prior millwork experience before he bought someone else's struggling business. Its obvious he's clueless. BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
