Very Poor Experience and Worse Customer Service.
I rarely post reviews, but I had to comment on this company. They are miserable to work with and I will use other companies in the future to save myself major headaches.
From the start we had problems with the trailer and we could rarely get anyone to come and fix anything. We had to wait an additional two weeks to even get the correct ramp installed for the property. Then another two weeks to get the restrooms running, when they should have done it at the install. We ran out of water to run the toilets on two separate occasions and Water leaked from the windows with every storm. When we finally needed the trailer picked up, it took three weeks for anyone in the company to get back to me. When they finally picked it up it was three weeks after we needed it gone. They also charged us for that time and refused to help or even acknowledge their poor customer service, with the exception of one time, when I wrote negative comments in their Willscot Survey and heard back from the regional, Sean. Beware of Mariangeli Gomez! This lady is said to be a "Branch Coordinator," but she is very rude, hypocritical, and inconsiderate, and if that is a leader for their Atlanta market that is a very poor representation of their people and standards. She doesn't care about good service or anything regarding the customer.
Again, our company will not be using this company again, and my advise to anyone asking for a modular company would be to go elsewhere.
