Lisa and Chris do an outstanding job supporting their customers. I had a unique issue with a 3-year-old mattress I bought, and Lisa worked to get a replacement for me without having to bring in the manufacturer, keeping additional cost to a minimum. I highly recommend these folks; they go beyond the call and in this day and time you just do not find this kind of customer service. Try them, forget the "Big-Box" furniture stores!

The owner and her team do a awesome job helping with everything from selecting, delivery and their prices are beyond fair! I just got an electric frame delivered and someone that know in Gainesville said you will save money if you use the place I go to in Gainesville. I said I always do business with the Bed Shoppe.
