In general,very helpful employees.
I installed a new main water line in my home
so I bought most of my materials here.
It was a Friday morning and the staff was cooperative and attentive. I went back a week later on Saturday to take back the items I didn't use. I was told that the items were too dirty even though I didn't use them and had wiped them off already. (When I was working on my water leak, I laid next to me all my tools with the items I bought from city plumbing.
So some dirt debris fell on the items and I understand that even though I didn't use them they got dirty.) So, I went home and cleaned them up again. I took them back Monday
and they told me that they were still dirty.
They said to use dawn soap. Now I've lost the receipt. So if anyone out there needs this merchandise you can have it for free.

Poor service experience. I wish I could say more. I called before showing up and was passed around to be left on hold with no answers at all to a yes or no question. I walked in, and directed to the back for parts, where I seemed to be invisible. I'm now going to spend that $1,500.00 at lowes.
