Robert Thompson is one of the best salesmen I’ve ever had. No pressure environment. I told him exactly what I wanted, how I planned to do it, and he was more than accommodating. Wrote it up exactly like I asked, so I bought it. He asked the detail department to remove 2 decals that I didn’t like, and they did an amazing job on it, can’t even tell the decals used to be on it.

The lady who handles paperwork is very polite and makes it fun.

This was my first purchase with Mike Jones, I will definitely be a returning customer.

We use their service department every time my wife’s ‘21 Ford explorer needs serviced or any parts. They are very friendly people here who will masks you feel at home during each visit.

On 11/19/24, while driving back from Atlanta my car’s external temperature jumped to 124*. This made my a/c kick on. First I called and a lady that identified herself as Danielle, said she had never heard of that but she would research it call me back. It kept climbing to 174* so I drove straight to Mike Jones upon returning to Toccoa. Danielle still stated she had never heard of this. The soonest they could get me in was 12/4/24, today. I came home and went to the Bronco Nation website and found that it was my external ambient temperature sensor and there had been hundreds of cases as far back as 2020 of this happening. I called back and asked could they go ahead and order the part and was told no. I went today and approx. 2 hours later, I am told, “oh yes it’s the sensor but it is back ordered and we can’t get it.” I come home and search and there are plenty of the parts out there even at ford parts online, the official ford parts website. I call back and am told to take my vehicle elsewhere because they can’t get the part. I then talk to 3 other dealerships and all say they can have it by morning.

My warranty is 1023 miles from running out. So, is Mike Jones Ford hoping to make me pay for the service? I don’t know but this isn’t the first time I have had to get proactive to get warranty service work done here.

Update: Another dealership ordered the part yesterday and did the repair this morning as well as a recall I have had for over a year that Danielle refused to schedule every time asked about it after, each notification I received from Ford that it needs to be done.

So, I go by Mike Jones and talk to Mike Jones about why they couldn’t get it done. He first got mad because I “went behind their back” when I called ford asking about the part then got mad about the fact I watched the video from my car showing they weren’t working on my car yesterday. He refused to even listen to what I had to say and kept interrupting me. He told me to take my vehicles elsewhere and was snide. Needless to say that was going to happen after this interaction anyway. And yes, I departed with some very snarky comments of my own.

Good riddance!

So good luck to anyone trying to have warranty work done here.

Excellent experience in every step of our new vehicle purchase. Straighforward in their approach without any surprises or changes in what we were told and expected. Stopped by parts for a new key which they cut and programmed on the spot.
Walked into showroom and sat with Jace the marketing guy. Showed me a new model lariat and explained the features.

I like to take my time and get used to things before leaving a review. After having the truck for about a month, I can confidently say I absolutely love it.

There was some back and forth between me, the sales rep, and the closing manager, but we were able to strike a deal. I hassled and negotiated with them, and we eventually landed on a very, very good deal on this truck with reasonable mileage. In the end, I saved a few thousand dollars compared to typical market prices and their OTD price.
I would definitely do business here again. The only reason for a 4-star review is that we couldn’t come to an agreement on the curb rash on two wheels and a cracked rear taillight. I discovered this after we had already agreed on a price for the truck and couldn’t get them to budge. We didn’t see eye to eye on that, but it wasn’t a deal-breaker. But honest reviews are what we’re here for, and I respect that these folks were straightforward with no hidden fees.

Best dealership I've worked with. Robert was easy to deal with. They gave me a really good offer on my trade in, didnt try to keep my keys and talk me out of leaving when I needed to "think about it". And he didn't exaggerate the specs on the truck. They did it again! The just put the wow factor on the deal! I go in to buy one vehicle and I come out with so much more and a better deal! Great people! Great service! Great deals! Local to Toccoa but, easy to get to from either hwy 365, 441, 17 and 85. Ask for Gavin and Tim. Those 2 help you as much as you need. Tell them Paula says hello and that Larry is doing well!

An honest car dealer in 2025. What a nice surprise. I love cars, but I hate buying them. I had to drive about 90 miles outside of Atlanta to find these guys, but they me sold a nice truck at a good price without a hassle. Thanks @robert for the BRaptor!
