I finally found out what happened, all his trucks were being worked on at the same time because each one had to have work done on them and each one had different problems.I would have given 5 stars had someone had contacted me about what was happening.
Not sure what to add here as they haven't picked up my garbage last week and failed to return calls as all I get is a recording after several days of calling asking if anything is wrong.Up until last week I would have given 5 stars but since failure to receive a call back from them I give them 4 stars only. Otherwise they are courteous and usually pickup on the same day each week. They have a dependable and affordable plan,Thanks for your company and hope you have good and safe days on the road.

Absolutely horrible service. We moved in July and they still have yet to pick up ANY trash. Its been a month and we can't get anyone on the phone after multiple attempts. Plus they keep taking money out of our account. I just sent an email to them and may have to contact a lawyer to get our money back. No one has contacted us

She has her own story on what happened.. I knew the can was delivered because I made the can delivery list, this is a message I got from her that the can was ready for pickup. She never paid a can delivery fee or anything for service and thought since she wasn’t told that it needed to be empty that she would leave it over the top full… she had plenty of time to clean the can and also told me that the can was ready for pickup.. it had rained off and on all day but when I emptied the can it wasn’t raining and she even walked out to see it while I was leaving.. I dumped it in a pile next to the other companies can to clean my can In the nicest way possible at the moment. We did get the one call for payment and wasn’t able to take it at that time but it took 3 weeks for her to try and pay by phone when for whatever reason her email didn’t work. She claims we screwed her over but the only ones that got screwed is us with our time waisted and fuel delivering the can.. there are many lies in her review.

His review comes from being very petty.. he claims my driver has been speeding down his road but we have a gps record of his speed and I also was with him one of the days that he was supposedly speeding. The speed limit is 20 mph and the fastest we have on record him going is 18 mph. He didn’t like when I told him the truth and he wanted me to fire my driver for this and was mad when he found out I didn’t. We gladly told him to have the law out like he threatened as we are doing nothing wrong. Truth be told the crack heads he has hanging around his shop would be locked up if he actually did get the law out. I have moved on to legal actions for harassment of my driver as I don’t feel it was very good to try to take a check away from someone for something they didn’t even do.

We did have an issue with our driver at the time missing it the first pickup, but I did try to make it right in ever way possible at the time but she had made her mind up regardless that we were liars and thieves… nothing more to waist my time saying on this review.

I only wrote this because I’m tired of only one side of the story being told and it making us look bad.. we never have had any intentions on getting something over on any of our customers but some people want to make us out as the bad guys. The only thing we want to do is our job, and get paid for our job to provide a happy life for our 4 kids and we are thankful for all of our customers that have helped us to grow what we started into what it is today. So other then a few bad apples here or there we thank everyone that has supported us on our journey so far. Thank you!

Absolute worst service! I called to request service, I was told an email would be sent with an invoice for payment. And after payment a can would be brought to my house and the pick up day would be every Friday. Well I waited a few days and never received the email. On Friday when I got home from work I saw the can. I tried calling, no answer. So I sent a text, no reply. So I used the can. The following Friday they didn’t pick up the trash. So I called. No answer. Checked my email no email. And I texted. I got a reply via text 3 days later that said they would send the email again. I didn’t receive the email so the following day I called no answer. I texted and asked if there was a different way I could pay because I had yet to receive the email. He responded with yes by phone. So I called to make my payment and he said his wife deals with that and she was picking up the kids from school that they would call back in a few hours and get it squared away and bring out the can. I let him know the can had been dropped off 3 weeks prior. I never got a call back. So the next day my husband and I decided it had been 3 weeks we would just use a different company. So I called with no answer, then texted and let them know we would be going with a different company. 4-5 days passed and no one picked up the can. So I texted and asked if they were going to get the can on Friday. I received a reply that said no I am on my way now. I read the message about an hr after he sent it and looked outside and all the trash that I had put in 4 weeks ago when the can was delivered was thrown out and spread down my driveway. On top of that it had been pouring rain all day so it’s soaked. This company didn’t once ask me to make sure the can was empty. Or let me know prior that they would be picking it up. Yes I realize I didn’t pay for a service but not for the lack of trying! And they could have had the decency to give me the option to get the trash out instead of dumping it down my driveway in the rain, and not even let me know they did it so I could get it cleaned up. Right away. I had to find out by myself.

Every time we have used Suttons for roll off dumpsters they have always been on time and always super nice! Will always call them when we are in need for a dumpster! Great family to support

WHERE DID U TRY TO MAKE IT RIGHT? You are a flat out liar. U did nothing to fix the situation u took my money your can is still on my property from over a year ago. Get it off my property or I will throw it in the middle of big a rd. Yall are awful.

These people are the absolute worst and will steal your money and lie straight to your face I still have their can on my property they have yet to pick it up I had to pay for another service and for another service to pick up the trash that they didn't pick up they willingly took my money did not render the services I paid for please use caution they are pathological liars and they are thieves

I just wanted to personally thank this small business. I have been using their services for years and the owner himself has gone above and beyond for our home.
