Very large selection. Super good prices. I will update on the Ribeye quality I purchased. Update 08-01-2022 the Ribeye steaks were tough. The mild breakfast sausage was very good. I will try more of there meat and report back here.

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!!
They sell contaminated meat without second thought.
We dropped off a deer and got way less back than expected. When opening the ground meat it was full of plastic shreds. After 6 packs revealed the same we went back to the processor and was told too bad. They refuse to take responsibility for contaminated meat. I have time stamped pictures video and more packages. Still they will not take responsibility for ruined harvest.

Terrible customer service we asked if they could accept a deer they said yes and when we got there it’s a sketchy run down building with a freezer in the open out back I called and ask where we drop they said there so I asked shouldn’t there be an employee and they said no we have to many deer to cut so I said okay and hung up look inside the freezer outside and the deer inside looks like it’s been there two weeks and then the man calls me and says if we drop off our deer he would not process it absolutely disgusting and terrible work

I would give this place zero stars if it would let me. My fiance dropped a decent sized doe off here. First and last time we will use this place. Didn't get the cuts he wrote down on the paper. Received way less meat than he should have. When he went back in to ask about it, he got talked to like he didn't know what he was talking about. Very poor communication and unprofessional practices. DO NOT GO HERE!

For some one that has never used a butcher, and use one for the first time they have taken full advantage of me. I sent three pigs in and talked with the worker and he could not tell me good cuts or help with what would be recommended. We asked for the feet and ears worker told us that would be ok. We got only half of our pigs back. When asking about it I was told by the owner that he would educate my workers not to take your animals any more. We will never use this butcher again.

I have dropped 3 deer off at this the place. Each time you get the exact same amount of meat back and it's not much. I was happy with my shot placement on the last one thinking I should get more meat back but nope got the same amount as I did when I dropped a small doe off. The tenderloins were very small or they just keeping some meat. I will not use the processor again!

Poor customer service, they do not do what you request and the owner was EXTREMELY rude when we called to discuss the issues. We were missing a lot of what was requested on the animals we dropped off. Absolutely do NOT recommend. 👎 If ZERO was an option that’s what would have been selected.

Not pleased at all! Took a very large deer only got a small box of meat in return. The tenderloins look like they come out of a rabbit they were so small. I had it cubed, ground and loins were supposed to be sliced. Not to mention I had to call them looking for my deer after I dropped it off two weeks ago. They called me a few hours later saying they got it. I’m guessing they lost it and just skimmed off everyone else deer to make one up. I take deer every year to others processors so I have a general idea of what I typically get back. This was my first and last time with this processor.
My deer was a large 8pt.
I got 14packs of ground
4small packs of cube
2 tiny pcs of whole tenderloins.
