New owners bought the place and raised the prices 40 cents a pound without letting me know until after butchering was done. Staff was confused why I was there when I showed up on my scheduled day despite calling 2 weeks in advance to double check date.

They didn't cure anything despite me putting it on the sheet and receiving 3 separate phone calls clarifying I wanted stuff cured.

Cuts have been kind of randomly tossed together. All different sizes tossed into one bag instead of uniform down the loin.

Bacon was not sliced this time despite marking thickness on sheets.

Meat was extra bloody this time and sausage has all been mealy so far. Some cuts taste just fine, while others are extra livery. Either they left too much blood in or they didn't handle the organs well. Either way, will not be returning. They also blocked people on Facebook rather than respond. I sure hope their one seasoned employee finds a new job, would have been better if he bought the place instead. I also found it odd that they only accept cash or cash app here now. No checks or cards at all.

Very personable. Was able to pick up on a Saturday even though they are usually closed. Quality was awesome. Packaging was clear and labeled on everything.

They have changed owners and is terrible. Never cured my bacon or even sliced it even though was told 3 times and written. The meat had strange cuts and taste strange. They don't take checks or cards, only except cash or money transfer. They also refused to give me a receipt
Who does that unless they are not reporting it.

Best place around for deer processing, hands down. Good quality, fast, and more bang for your buck. Lol can't wait to drop a few off.

I rate this 5 stars because it won't let me rate it higher. This place is by far my favorite place to take my deer to be processed. Great prices, great people, fast turnaround great cuts, and great packaging. I trust in the meat they handle. I drive 45 mins one way just to bring my deer here and it is worth every bit of it. Great job!!
