I will never use this office again and I do not recommend using them. I have been back and forth with them for almost a year with filing my 2023 taxes and as of today my taxes still have not been filed. They have needed pin numbers, signatures and claimed to have sent emails that I never received. They did not follow up with a phone call or any other means of communication. All it takes is an open line of communication and they lacked in that area. Simple communication is all I expected and did not receive. An I'm sorry was it, not an I will keep that in mind for future reference or anything to avoid a situation like this in the future. Nothing to keep my business with them. I guess my pennies are not enough for them to care about little community people such as myself. I'll go back to the Haymes Group for my taxes from now on.
