My husband and i purchased a recliner today at the store in Jasper. Everyone at this store was so accommodating and courteous. I’ve never had a better experience shopping for furniture.
The prices are very reasonable, as well!
I will drive 50 miles again when i need furniture!

He was able to work with me a lot through text which made it so much easier for me to finalize the order and coordinate all the details. The delivery and set up went great also!

The owner Mr. Watts went way out of his way to make sure we found the perfect piece for our home! They had a tremendous selection and everything is beautiful! Our furniture was delivered the same day by two of the most polite young men I have ever met, they also did a fantastic job of setting everything up like I wanted! The entire experience was great and I would recommend High Point Furniture to everyone!

After our home was flooded, we were in the market for a bedroom suite to replace my daughter's damaged one. We went to every furniture store within driving distance, but finally found exactly what we wanted right here in Jasper! Mr. Watts, Dean, & the entire staff @ High Point were so professional, helping us to find just what we needed, without being "pushy". We purchased beautiful, high-quality furniture for half the price of the other stores. The young delivery men were quick & skillful in bringing in & setting up our pieces. I cannot recommend this business highly enough. Very pleased.

I emailed the store about what I was looking for, got Reggie, who promptly emailed me back with pictures and prices of things I might like. When I came to the store, unannounced, he took his time with my husband and I, showing us what we told him we were interested in finding for our new home. I never felt pressured. I ended up buying a sectional and 4 barstools from him and he surprised me by delivering the stools a day early, with fabric samples for outdoor furniture I was wanting to purchase, but thought I would have to make the hour drive over and back to look at samples. He sent the ones I mentioned to him in an email with the delivery men so I could match them to my current color scheme and then call and order it over the phone. They have given me exemplary customer service, the best prices of anyone I have shopped with and have earned my business for all the other needs I have for this retirement home. My daughter was the one who referred me to them, having received the same treatment when she purchased a new sofa for her home. They are the best!

I'm normally don't do reviews for businesses, but High Point Furniture has been a favorite of my family for years. I value the friendship I have made with Reggie, Beverly, Dean and the rest of the staff there. They have always went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of when me or my wife drops by. They just recently picked up Lay Z Boy, so I feel a purchase coming up in the near future for me!!
