Absolutely the best processor to take your game to. Took many deer and cows to Ernest and Blaine. Always helpful no matter what time it was. Highly recommend, these guys are professionals.

I posting so others will make sure you check your order if you use them. My porterhouse cuts and my family fillet cut we’re missing from our order. When finally able to speak to them I was told I was wrong they don’t label there cuts. I have been purchasing half cow every 6months for years and know what porterhouse looks like. Also multiple roast put in one vacuum bags and frozen together. I had to replace vacuum bag on about 10 cuts of meat do to damage bags.

Dropped two off skinned & quartered Sat afternoon....they texted me Sunday morning & told me they were done! Grilled a pack of burger's Sunday afternoon....not a fan of commercial deer processors, always do my own. But they know what they're doing over there. Meat/far ratio was excellent! Three thumbs up!

Been using Ernest for 2 yrs for my deer and hog processing . well pleased , even with the 1 hr drive from home . will continue to use them. Fresh sausage , cube steak and ground burger are hard to beat.
