Loading time was insanely long. 7 hours! I did not get a door until nearly 2 hours after my appointment time passed. Then it took them more than 5 hours to load my trailer. No restrooms to use so you’re just sitting there for hours with no consideration for your time. And it reeks. Smells absolutely awful at this place, like rotten meat not processed meat. I know it’s a bunch of dead animals but it smells like they just discard the guts in the parking lot or something. Horrible experience all around

I’m from cali.. If i can gave less then 1 star i will probably gave that..i wish i never ever come here again in my rest of life but honestly my appointment was at 4PM and i arrived at 3:30Pm and they call me 12AM , gave me door after almost 9 hour and check out at 2:30 almost 12 hour and also night shift guy don’t know how to talk he soo rude soo i wanna tell him we’re driver we not living here from your money… how many hour’s you working in week that much hour we drive in 3 days thankyou and hopefully management understand and work on that things and specially that worker

They let you get here 2 hours early.. We were an hour early for appt. Appt time 1600 still here at 00:00 NOT LOADED..but have been sitting on a door since 1500.. they pass the buck oh 1st shift no second shift oh ur load is not ready...3rd shift comes in and states the load has been ready and sitting quiting ro vw loaded for hours.. 2nd shift supervisor was too bust outside cleaning his Mercedes about 4 times since we've been sitting here instead of getting on his employees about getting us truckers out of here... IF at all possible ke AVOID THIS PLACE OR YOU WILL BE SITTING FOR AN EXTREME AMOU T OF HOURS.. 3rd shift guys were very nice. But something really needs to be done about the 2nd shift and the supervior.. very unprofessional

As a driver I never have problems here sometimes you have to wait sometimes you don't overall a great place to pick up. The drivers complaining must have never picked up at Tysons or pilgrims

Shipping office is empty 9/10 times when I arrive for a pickup. Come here almost weekly, always dread this place. Parking is available, but the lot looks like a dump. My appt is always late in the evening, get told to go park and they will call.. never get loaded in a timely matter; it's always an overnight stay at this place.

Drivers stay away from these place takes forever to get loaded appointment time mean nothing. Be ready to wait at least 8 to 10 hrs to get loaded. Evening shipping guy is mean prick this place is dirty and nasty someone should look into it

Pick up a load from them. Arrived early for pick up, I was lucky that my order was ready I think, they gave me a door when I did my check in, loaded me in 45 min I was out of there.

This is a horrible place, my husband is a truck driver and had to stay here over 20 hours to pick up a load. They are very careless people and very slow. They won’t even disclose information about when the load would be ready. Very horrible service 👎 please avoid this place by all needs necessary. Sorry but not sorry 😊
