I drive a tanker and delivered them a load. Great place to deliver. The gentleman who took care of me was very polite, pleasant, and professional. I was able to stay overnight in lower lot. I met the man in charge and he couldn’t have been nicer. Thanks guys

The fumes from this plant burn my sinuses, make me woozy, and give me motion sickness type symptoms. Also triggers my mild seizures. Every time the wind blows from the N-NW. I live in North Lawrence. This happens several times a week. You can tell it's coming from Hill's because it smells like rancid dog food.

They sent my property an item we didn’t order. I believe the sales rep did a shady order herself. I contacted them immediately to return it. Got the run around. They invoiced us for the item. Again I contacted them. Got an email apology from the credit manager, Angela Gregory. But they still kept invoicing. Finally we just received a final demand notice threatening legal action for non-payment from Angela Gregory and, get this, this incompetent employee had the nerve to say we have not been in contact with them to resolve the matter. According to the Federal Trade Commission, nobody is responsible for payment of an item they did not order. We went above and beyond trying to resolve it and return the item. We didn’t have to do this. The FTC classes an item received but not ordered as gift.

I was already unimpressed by Hill after an inept sales rep busted his way into my private office demanding a sales meeting from me and stating he wouldn’t leave unless I met with him. His name was Darrel Crump. An absolute fool. I had to threaten to call the police to get him to leave.

This is a shady company and if they try to sue my company for not paying for an item we didn’t order they will lose miserably.

They have some great products but the salesmen are annoying. Way too pushy and close to the line of harassment! Everyone has to make a living but they take it too far.
