I should have been warned by the reviews. Absolutely rude and disgusting. If you are running a legit business, it doesn't matter what the client's area code is. I will definitely take my business to Metal Supermarkets where the customer service was top notch and had more of what I was looking for.

Edited to Add: This is EXACTLY what I mean and you should be aware of. I simply greeted him ("how are you?") and confirmed it was the actual metal shop ("Is this the metal store?") Because he was so rude and didn't answer like a typical business. He hung up and now puts my FULL PERSONAL phone number on the internet. Unreal.

BUYER BEWARE! What a JOKE of a "business". Whoever the owner is needs to just shut their doors if they hire losers like the moron picking up the phone. ZERO ability or interest to put a sentence together or even state the name of the company. Annoyed to be there. Plenty of other options to spend our money at companies that deserve to flourish and help these lazy companies disappear by speading the details of our experience. Looks like we are far from the first to have these same issues looking at other reviews here...

I had a welding/fabrication project to preform. I took my drawing with measurements, along with my material list to the Metal Store. I explained to the owner, John, what I needed for the Project, he understood everything to the smallest detail, he told me the material will ready the following day. The next day I picked up the material , every piece was cut to precision which made the project much easier for me to accomplish. In addition he was vary professional and courteous.

The owner, John, modified my metal tree trimmer. Did an outstanding job at a very reasonable price. I did not buy any metal from him but did notice he has a large supply of many different grades of steel plates , channels. and other pieces.
