Nobody wants to have the expense and trouble of having a roof replaced, but if I have to do it again will definitely use Roof Crafters. From the inspection process, options and installation Roof Crafters did a outstanding job. Further more when I put the house on the market a home inspector noted a small problem with a drip edge. Roof Crafters promply came out to remedy the situation. A shout-out to Jeff our Field Supervisor who was available through out the process and assured high standards of the installers and that all of our expectations were meet.

RoofCrafters did a great job from start to finish. Peter Bentley introduced me to the materials, methods, and costs while assisting with color choices. Work began promptly on the day promised, with field supervisor Jeff Garrison directing a large and energetic crew. It was amazing to see the the work accomplished in one day. Jeff was especially helpful in that he discovered a hidden structural problem left by a long ago plumbing contractor, and he solved the problem with extra caring and saved the homeowner (me) a huge amount of trouble and money. I’m grateful! I saw a level professionalism and problem solving that any homeowner would be pleased to encounter. Upon job completion, the cleanup was quick and tidy. I’m happy with RoofCrafters!

My experience with RoofCrafters was very good from the initial inspection and estimate with Peter Bentley (estimator) to the project of installing a new roof. My project manager, Jeff Garrison, was a great communicator, me informed during the project and was very proactive to find solutions to a couple of problems that occurred during the process. I am a member of the Board for The Greens Homeowners association in Shipyard on Hilton Head Island. We identified in 2022 that we needed to replace the roofs in our condo subdivision. We have 106 units spread-out over 18 buildings plus a pool house. This was a pretty large commercial job and we selected RoofCrafters as our roofing company.

The job is now completed, and I can report we are very satisfied and believe RoofCrafters was an excellent choice. The roofing project began the first week of February 2023. It was schedule to take 3 months and the final punch and site clean-up was completed the first week in May.

Like most construction projects, once the project begins some surprises are found and the project gets bigger than first expected. The condition of our roofs turned out to be worst that expected. The workers had to take special care to avoid injury in some weak spots and more plywood sheeting needed to be replaced that was initially expected. RoofCrafters was able to accept these issues, which took more time, and still kept the project on schedule.

Most of our buildings took 3 to 4 days to complete. During that time, it is noisy and inconvenient for the homeowners living in that building – it is inevitable. While working on the buildings RoofCrafters worked hard to control the clutter and communicate with residents and Board members. The on-site supervisor, Jeff Garrison, was very attentive and responsive to the concerns of the residents and the Board. Jeff’s professionalism and caring made a difficult experience much less painful.

Our roofs are beautiful and are warranted to last a long time. I would recommend the RoofCrafters team for any Home or Commercial project. They have a wonderful concern for details, craftmanship and customer service while keeping to their project schedules.

I’d like to Thank RoofCrafters very much for a job well done. To prove it, about two/two and a half hours after the crew finished our roof a tornado passed within a quarter of a mile of our home. Roof had zero damage or issues of any kind. RoofCrafters did the the right way. No shortcuts.

RoofCrafters was great! I found them on Home Advisor, and within 5 minutes of my submission, I had a call scheduling a free consultation with same-day repair service. Frank arrived a few minutes early, was incredibly nice and personable, and had the roof repaired (nailed back up 2 shingles that had fallen) in less than an hour. From the scheduling of the service to the completion of it was less than a week, and everyone was so nice and friendly. Frank did a great job repairing the roof, and even inspected the whole thing, telling me things to watch for in the future in case of storms. I will definitely call RoofCrafters again for all my roofing needs, and you should, too!
