I was really disappointed in my experience with this company. Everything I ordered fell through the cracks and I had to follow up multiple times to get things pushed through. I ordered a ductless fume hood, waited 2 weeks with no communication, emailed them and found out my order had never been placed. The same day I ordered the fume hood, I also ordered the filters to accompany it, it's been a month, and I still don't have them. So now I do have the fume hood but can't use it because the filters never came. The customer service rep I have been dealing with has been great, so she is the reason why I am not giving it a one-star review. I do get responses when I reach out, but I guess I feel as if I should never have had to do any of that in the first place. I still have to order two more ductless fume hoods for the lab I work in, but I am extremely hesitant to get them through this company.
