I called them after many exhausting attempts to get my daughter her very expensive inhaler our Medicaid was canceled and my daughter is on a prescription for almost 2 years and has her asthma under control unfortunately it cost $1500 which Medicaid has always covered we checked if there was a comparable medication and nope, we called everyone who was helpful and we eventually got it down to $300 and it was suggested I call family connection from the moment they answered they were rude and didn’t want to help they even asked who I had contacted already and why they couldn’t help then told me keep trying elsewhere and good luck looks like another fake non profit gimmick hidden behind and their only about lining their own pockets fat not actually helping families and children in their own community
