My husband picked up his sausage today...tones of it...THE BEST DEER SAUSAGE AROUND!!!! SMOKED AND FRESH JALAPEÑO CHEESE AND MAPLE BROWN SUGAR. WE ARE VERY PLEASED WITH THE CLEANLY NESS OF HIS PLACE...THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THE AMAZING TASTE OF OUR MEAT!!! TY SO MUCH Mr. Dean!!!

I’ve used Deans twice now, first time was for my first deer and second time my first buck and they have been nothing but amazing. I would drive from my home in Florida to have them process my deer. P.S. highly recommend getting their meat sticks and stuff back straps and tenderloins!

Dean's Deer processing is by far the best place for deer and hog processing to me. The wild hog jalapeños & cheese smoked sausage and cheese sausage is THE BEST. We always recommend Dean for all processing!!! You will never be disappointed with them. THEY ARE THE BEST for your deer and your hogs. Hands down the best.

This was the first time I’ve used Dean’s processing and will NOT be back again. I dropped my my deer and they weighed it for me at 180lbs. Picked up the meat this morning and they gave me 52lbs of meat back. I told them I wanted half of the deer ground up into hamburger and the other half fresh link sausage. I wanted the backstraps and tenderloins wrapped whole. They gave me 17lbs of burger and 29lbs of sausage. Added together that’s 46lbs and add on the backstraps and tenderloins for another 6lbs and you get 52lbs. When I questioned the lady at the front counter about the rest of my meat she gave me the sorriest excuse I’ve ever heard in my life. She told me that a deer is only 30% meat and the rest of his total weight is trash. I’ve been hunting for 41 years now and have never received such a small amount of meat back in my life. What happened to the other half of my meat? A 180lb deer should yield at least 100lbs of meat at a minimum!!!
Do not recommend this place at all.
