All the other reviews are right. Do not take a load here. I've been waiting 17 hours and still not started unloading me. FCFS my rear. They take what they want when they want it. You are used as storage sitting on the street. Bulk loads of potatoes and carrots take the longest. No food, no water, no bathroom.

Had to pick up a load here yesterday. The lady at the guard shack was sweet maybe it's the southern hospitality. No parking on the right hand side to check in. There's a tight turnaround ahead to the left but it's doable. Took 2.5 hrs to get docked, but was loaded in an hour. The guy that came to lock my glad hand said he was going to get me out of there and he did just that. Would go back for sure!!

Say no to bulk load. For. This facility if you. Have a bulk load b ready for the following.
My experience is hereunder.

Checkin 2:30 Pm and finished after 13 hours at 3:30 Am next day , to unload full load of bulk carrots.
Total waist of time .
Worst experience ever.
No guidance for drivers
No Rest rooms for drivers
No parking for drivers
You wait in the street.
Very dangerous facility in term of safety no precautions, for bulk load you have to drop trailer on hydraulique Ramp no space to stand while downing the landing gare .

Never go there for bulk loads .

If you, as a truck driver, can avoid this place, pls do so. I had an appointment at 5AM. Was told by security that they work off of FCFS. I arrived at 3:30 AM. I was the third truck here but didn't get a door till 11:00 AM. Pitiful operation and total disrespect. Toilet bowl of a place.

Overnight truck parking YES on the street. Check in with Guard shack as soon as you get there because it’s FCFS facility. Good friendly staff. Getting to the dock can be long wait but getting empty is quick.

It’s not 24 hours shipping and receiving don’t open to 0700 and typically it’s Atlanta so there rude .

Wow thought this place could not get worse but it can but anyhow if they tell you dock 25 go all the way to the very back hope you love blind siding . Will at least in this update they were a little less rude .

Guard on duty was very nice and the lady that came out for my paperwork. It’s a tight place especially around back doors 24 & 25 blind side because the trailer are blocking for a nice turn around. I don’t know what going on with the gap near the dock sliding my tandem was not happening. January 2 2023

Negative star don't come here for bulk carrot delivery. these people don't care about driver and his time . Negative star I had seen worst companies for unloading but this one is just worst of worst for unloading.god save drivers from this company
