Arrived at 12pm. Eric at the guard shack was a awesome dude. Very kind and helpful. Told me exactly what to expect. Then went inside to check in. This is where I met Nadia. What a kind and patient woman. Very helpful and funny. I was there a total of about a hour and a half maybe. Loaded and gone. 28k in the box!

Checking in was a breeze park in the staging area for trucks. Walk inside and fill out the check-in card, and they will guide you in the right direction. Guard shack lady was nice, and i love ❤️ her accent. I arrived at like 7:30 am and was out at 8am. Everybody was nice and friendly. I'll definitely deliver here again. No problem ‼️ honestly, i thought i would be there for awhile boy was i shocked

I had an alright experience delivering here. They unloaded in about 1.5 hours. This place is kinda small and busy. So if you get here at the wrong time, it could be chaos. Also be happy if you don’t get the dock door in the back. It’s annoying to dock back there. I’d consider delivering here again.

Went for delivery today at 1:20 was empty by 1:50 awesome service. Portable bathrooms . they close gates so no overnight parking

Read the reviews before I got here and was like what the hell let’s go. Got here 4 hours early. Tight parking lot but it can be done. Got a dock door soon as I check in. And getting loaded. Maybe I came at a good time🤷🏿. But 5 stars for this go round

If you are delivering a load with the egg carton type blocks, they hand you--or you go find-- a crowbar and you have to pull out ALL the wooden boards and blocks that are nailed down into the trailer floor and move them to the side before they will unload you..WHAT!!. ....the lady at the security gate is very friendly.....

I've read a number of the negative reviews and I compare them to my experience and I wonder if these drivers are rude and expect to get pleasantries in return. I pick up here several times a month and the people are very respectful and professional. This starts at the guard shack as soon as you come unto the premises.
So to the drivers with the negative reviews: try a pleasant, professional approach and you might be surprised what you get in return. Give kindness, get kindness.
