We switched to this product in 2022 and have been absolutely thrilled with Star Seals aesthetics, performance, and coverage rate. Our representative Mike goes above and beyond to help us with any questions, resupplies, paperwork for clients, etc. I can’t express how happy we are with the overall quality, customer service, and employees of Hercules Star Seal. Our clients absolutely love the product as well - when used, especially in combination with the additives, this product is black as night and outperforms previous products we’ve used in the past. Would absolutely recommend to any asphalt maintenance businesses out there looking to switch to a company with a superior product and exceptional customer service.

I am relieved to know this company treats its customers well. I witnessed however how it treats its suppliers and those hired to deliver the components used in their business. The facts,...

Truck driver called them the previous day and asked how to get to their facility. They gave great direction. Once the driver pulled into their property someone came up to the door and said the dock needed was somewhere requiring a blind side back. The driver said fine, and informed them he would need a few minutes to get turned around. Turned out he need 45 of them.

During this whole event employees would walk behind the trailer, and attempt to assist. Several times the driver got out and explained that what they were doing was extremely dangerous. The truck driver was repeating please be patient. No vulgar or profane language was used by anyone.

So after all is said and done, the driver pulls out only to find out he was banned. Why? For being rude and an a_hole. Interesting, ... After some discussion, the only thing that was uncovered was maybe the driver was rude and an a_hole for disagreeing with them and doing everything possible to keep everyone and everything safe.

So yeah,... Disagree with them, you are a rude a_hole.
* yes this is the abridged version. Simply because I was not able to witness what was being said in the building.*

So customers, consider yourself fortunate they understand their craft, and to treat you well. Too bad it doesn't include truck drivers.

I had bought a water tool and they told me that it’s a little dirty but it’s OK to use so we put sealer in it fold it up I did my job that night and I woke up to be fired the tank was full of glue and latex that doesn’t mix and they wouldn’t give my money back not that I asked for it it messed up a $2500 job my machine is broke and the sealer won’t get pumped out that’s how hard the glue is the older guy told me it’s my problem but I bought it from him he said I told you was a little dirty and he wants me to pay for everything worker

Great place to buy sealcoat and service is fantastic but the paint I much rather use Sherwin Willams especially the oil base paint.
