Highly recommended for custom chimney cap fabrication and installation. They did it all! Extremely great experience with RJ through the entire process. I did research before and THOUGHT I knew what I needed, but a 10min phone conversation with RJ he had a solid idea on what I actually needed and the correct materials. Over the phone call he did say they had a lot of orders they were fulfilling and it may be 4 - 8 weeks before it was installed. Understandable, and we were not in any hurry so that worked for us.

He had a person come out to get the chimney measurements within the first week after the call.

At about week 6 or 7, after requesting the chimney cap, their guys came out and installed everything. Exactly what we wanted, and they did everything.

A quote was given immediately, after instruction on how to get the precise measurements and the turnaround time was only a few days!! The pan looked great, looks great on the chimney and my customer loves it.

Update 3-29-24 need you to go back to taking orders by phone and calling when ready . To confusing via emails really miss the personal customer service. Still a great company just disappointed with new order methods.

I called K&B Fabrication on 1/25/2021 and spoke with RJ. I told him I was looking to have a chimney cap and chase made. He told me the chase is a rain pan. To make a long story short, when I went to pick up the chimney cap and chase, he only gave me a chase and said that was the only thing I gave him dimensions for - even though he had the circumference of the hole for the cap. It was a bait and switch and I ended up being cheated. I would not recommend doing business with them - if you do, get it in writing first - otherwise, he will not be honest. That was my mistake.
