Believing anything they tell you will be to your detriment and a total waste of time, lesson learned. These seemingly nice people claimed having the time and capability of providing an estimate and doing the job, and yet I had to chase Miss Patsy and James down to try and get the estimate finally (after 2 weeks) to give the insurance company, only for them to be rude and decline doing our job at this time... claiming she told me since day 1 there are only 2 guys building their cabinets and there isn't any time to do mine. This simply didn't happen, thus we were misled. The reality of this is that they get angry at the slightest little thing... shame on me for calling them more than once in 2 weeks, and sending a couple texts. Nope, shame on them for knowing this is of an extremely time-sensitive nature and yet they disregarded that completely and wasted my time when I could've just found another contractor and one without a chip on their shoulders. Just sayin'.

Tried to get Mrs Patsy and her husband to build my cabinets for 4 1/2 months. I did everything they asked me to do as far as take measurements, call and follow up every 2 weeks. Mrs Patsy initially assured me that my cabinets would be done in 6-8 weeks, then she said she was behind every time I called her back, every 2 weeks for the next 2 1/2 months, she led me on and told me she would get to my job. The last straw was when she said she could not do my cabinets and put off her other contractors that bring her current business. This is when I realized she was taking me for a ride and wanted my business only when her contractors were slow to fit me in! Well Mrs Patsy, you were fired for your lies and dishonesty and laziness! Thank you for wasting my time, but I have another cabinet builder in our town doing my job, and they will be installed in 3 weeks.... PS. Thanks for not taking my deposit, that was the nicest thing you did for me. So if you are in the market for cabinets, beware that unless you are a contractor bringing in a lot of business, then you will most likely be put on the back burner until they can fit you in at their convenance... even if you are ready to pay, you ma still be put off!
