Please note that this review is pertaining to the “Real Estate” section of the Superior Court, and not the actual court division (traffic, trials, etc.)

I had first made a phone call to the Real Estate division and asked questions with regards to Warranty and Security DEEDs. Rachel had assisted me and I was very impressed with her answers each and every question with kind, cordial, and professional thoroughness. She also displayed great patience as I had several questions and her demeanor never wavered – she displayed a sincere wish to serve and helpful approach at all times!

Later I drove down with a list of documents needed and was assisted by another exceptionally helpful clerk named Billie! She too was both kind, cordial and displayed a true willingness to assist just like Rachel.

Both taught me several things about real estate records and how to obtain them. They also gave important information regarding the Georgia Superior Court Clerks Filing Activity Notification System (FANS). Something every Georgia homeowner should know about!

Thank you Rachel and Billie for the generous amount of time and your friendliness shown to educate and provide documents!

Watched them give a man 4 years for some marijuana with a smile on their faces... I understand it's the law but do you not feel any remorse for ruining some guy's future like that? I can't believe this is a superior court.

Don’t really have a chance to debate a ticket from an accident. All I did was wait 3 hours to be told that same amount was still being charged. They couldn’t direct to anyone that could help me and here me out.

No one wants to be in the courthouse, but the officers don't need to treat people with so little respect. Feels like walking into a jail.

The staff here is very helpful and friendly. If you have to go to court it is better than most.
