Nice parking lot big easy friendly people not long waiting time 24/ hrs operation in and out in timely fashion. :::::(10 hrs later )) so they would be more friendly to at least check out the ports John’s in the morning when most people are dropping off yesterday’s (loads ) still big parking lot got some wooded areas to use that are cleaner then the John’s but when you get payed to sit I’m not one that complains good rest and truck check over

First time at this location was easy to find. No truck stops along eighty one, so make sure you have the hours to make it. Was able to check in and get unloaded upon arrival. They don't mind early check-in. I was allowed to park overnight, but there's not a lot of space for parking. There is two port a pottys available. There's also a small truck stop a half mile away. I would definitely deliver here again.

Fantastic employees. Helpful. This is River Valley Animal Foods. (a Tyson Foods Co.)
Tyson Drivers 24/7 Drop and Hook. Other Companies Drop and Hook as well. Trailers are washed out when empty and doors left open. (Wash out is OK)
Drive up long drive and stop at guard shack. Easy in, easy out.

This used to be a pretty decent place to pick up chicken fat on my Tanker. I say used to be until Recently the So Called Loadout Supervisor came in and screwed up everything about getting loaded here in a decent amount of time. This lady has No Concept of Trucking or the way drivers are supposed to be treated when they arrive. She's Arrogant, Rude and likes to exurrt her position here. She likes to Yell instead of talking to people, foul language and overall just a bad disposition. There's Nothing about the way she conducts business that comes Remotely close to being a good supervisor. She has Absolutely No Business in the Supervisor Position Held here. If it were possible to rate a negative view of her actions it would be off the scale Negative

If I can give negative stars I would. Got a straight through load. Got there at app time 3pm was parked until midnight before getting empty;
Bring nose clamps and food. There is parking there and food down the road. Chicken will leave your trailer smelling terrible. They have a hose you can get in wash your trailer but you’ll still need to visit a blue beacon unless you bring soap lol.

They say they are open 24hrs, was told to be there at 5am and when I get there at 5am I get told they can't even scale trucks in till 6am I hate River Valley Ingredients plants, absolutely the worst ran plants
