I have been in the business for a long time. I value my relationships I have developed over the years and I must state, that Central Tent, Lily, and the owner Joe have always been there for our company. I may not be their biggest client, but I may be their most loyal. They have consistently supplied me with excellent quality and unmatched service. I very disappointed in their customer service, I placed an order on 5/19/17, sent an email two weeks later for follow up, no response, called on 6/5/17 to get status they told me they did not know what happened but order was not processed correctly. Ana advised tent would be shipped by 6/9/17, and today 6/13/17 had to call again because order was still not processed. I just hope that their tents are better than their customer service, will not buy from them again.
