The most delicious smoked deer sausage ever!! So many flavors to choose from: smoked, maple, pepper jack, ragin cajun, and more. You'll never get a bad bite. The seasoning recipe is over 60 years old and thoroughly mixed into the meat. The prices are reasonable and processing time is quick. The customer service is top notch. The crew are the best around. As much as I don't want to share these guys with anybody for fear of them getting so busy they have to turn away customers . . . I will chance it anyway. Try them out. You will not regret it.

I won't ever use them again! I took one deer was size of a adult German sheppard to be done in sausage. Got 35 lbs of sausage. They charged me $5 a lb and then added $100 processing fee on top of that for the one deer. The deer cost $263 . I ask about a process charge and was told that it would only be the cost of sausage.
The second deer was alot bigger and I had regular process b plus 10 lbs pan sausage and it was $ 132.

Sausage wasn't bad . Was told 4.50 a lb but didn't realize that he also added a 90 dollar processing fee to that . Had a whole doe done in sausage and got back 30 lbs of sausage for $225.00 . Dropped my next doe off at Thompsons and got back 70 lbs of smoked jalapeño cheddar for 297.00. (4.25per lb)Much happier with the price from Thompson and the amount of sausage that I got back from the same size doe as I took to countrys.

I took a 9.5# bass for mounting to him around April of 2021. He told me it should be done by December 2021. I have called him multiple times and he tells me he will get back with me. I paid him $100 up front and still have not got my bass as of 10/2022.
A couple of friends has had similar experiences.
Update* 11/2022 finally got my bass mount after texting a few more times and saying I wanted my money and bass back. He knocked off $100 for the wait.

I carried 160 pound 8 point buck to get processed....when I went to pick it up it was in one box. 12 packs of meat about 30 pounds total...owner said that's all it dressed out....wrong
Needless to say I left it with him and Wii not be going back
