For 131 Roseway Dr, 121 is 200ft next door. 1) Park right at the Guard Booth,2)while parked walk over to Shipping and check in. Drop MTY and BT out while they load it. High traffic, very small and congested location. Some parking outside gate, do not park on the cones. PC two T/S 2mi away for food/water/restroom.

This has been one of the worst experiences I've ever had since trucking. Arrived 2 hrs early for a 8p apt. Didn't get a door till I finally went back in for the 2nd time. Just to find out they rejected the load because THEIR company didn't load or wrap my load right. And to beat it all they unloaded half the trl before deciding to reject it then just threw the pallets back on with no regard. The pics show the incompetence of lineage. AVOID at all cost. Guards and Yard Jockeys were very nice and helpful...Alisha and Tamika in Shopping office were both friendly,fun and helpful...They even called me when my load was ready ...6 HOURS EARLY !!!

I'm very thankful to the wear-house staff specially the guy on receiving he help me a-lot my truck breakdown in the ramp of security check but he take care me everything he took my trailer to the dock and unload my load because my refer also shut down thank you so much guys for helping me out they guys deserve more then 5 star. 2nd time here. Make sure you DO NOT pull in pass guard shack with your trailer always drop it either on the shoulder of the street or the lot next door which is always pack. People here have attitudes for no reason. If your job is that stressful just quit. My pick up last time i waited 10hrs. Pick up today was for 2300 an the office closes at 0100 now I have to wait til 0700 maybe even longer smh. LAST TIME!

Believe all the negative reviews. Gate guard moves at a snails pace. Too busy on their phone to make an effort. It’s extremely loud at the gate due to all the reefer trailer. The gate guard speaks so low that you can’t hear her and then she gets an attitude with you.

The shipping office is also loud to the point to where you can barely hear her. Loud music playing makes it difficult to actually conduct business. More to follow once i get my load.

Been here twice and both experiences weren't horrible. The lot is extremely tight to maneuver. If there is an open space, you may have to blind side into it so that you can turn around to exit out. Process for drop and hooks have changed. You will being dropping your empty at their drop yard on Campbell St (about 2 miles away) and then return to main building to pick up loaded trailer. Hoping they improve the process further so we don't have to navigate the small lot at check-in. Also, don't bother calling as they never answer the phone in shipping.
