Currently 1/2/25 15:45 still in the dock. They didn't give me a dock until 12:30. Tight parking for the dock and they will walk behind your truck and stand in the dock area you're trying to back in. This is by far the slowest place I've ever been unloaded in my 19yrs driving trucks. You guys need to do better.

This place is absolute garbage when it comes to deliveries!! Not allowed a negative score or that's what I would give. Had a 6am appointment, checked in at 0550, didn't start getting unloaded until 12:30pm. As a carrier if we were late they would charge the company for the time. What is the point in setting appointments if they are not going to be adhered to? The lack of consideration for drivers is down right appalling.

Prime driver… this is one of the worst places I’ve delivered. I try to give everywhere a shot regardless of the reviews but these reviews were spot on. I sat for over 12 hours to even get a door. Was there before my apt time and had to reschedule my next load because how long they took. Multiple people came in way after I did and were given a door before me. This place does not value your time what so ever. I will not be returning.

DO NOT HAUL Appointment was scheduled for 0600 on 10.02.23. It is 1206 and no door assignment as of yet. DO NOT HAUL if you adhere to FMCSA’s clock regulation! The only answer I received from receiving is they accept trucks as needed. Well WHY IN THE HELL did you order the products or schedule A TRUCK for delivery if you didn’t need the product upon their arrival. Horrible management and poorer communication.

If you're early, there's on-site parking, lots of space, a small cafeteria, and restrooms inside. I come here often. Sometimes, loads or doors are ready early, sometimes not, as with any shipper/ receiver. Staff is friendly. Rigpark location 1 minute away if you want to park at a store.

When I tell you this is the worse place to deliver!! They have you here all day and night Demetrius will act as if you and your time is of no importance. Appointment was at 7am I arrived the night before. it’s going on 16:00 I’m still not unloaded. You’re basically babysitting the load until they decide to get to you.
