First time using Hinman’s! Dropped off 3 deer to be processed @$120 a piece and got back less than 60 packs of meat total. All 3 deer processed fit in a 80qt cooler with room to spare.

Brought 2 deer to another local processor this year as we have for over 20 years. These 2 deer, same size filled a 100qt cooler and also a 80qt cooler.

Where is the rest of the meat? $360 for 1 deer worth of processed meat. NEVER AGAIN

Extremely skilled and professional. The whole operation is. The cuts the venison are skillfully prepared. Steaks, sausages, our favorite has become the salami. Even my wife approves. And that’s saying a lot.

There are a lot of processors out there but there aren't many that will treat you as they do at Hinman's. Processing wise everything is always on point, and they have a good selection for mixing up what you order. Taxidermy wise you just won't find any better and Carson isn't scared to give you every option in the book and then deliver on something custom. If your lucky they'll be serving some of the best bbq and maybe you can pick up a peanut butter pie! Most importantly in any business is how you are treated and these are good people that will treat you with respect and gratitude every time!

Tried a few processors, in the area, and every time I left disappointed and almost thought I was not going to find a good processer/taxidermist locally. I said I would try one more place and it was Hinman's. One of the best accidental finds I have ever made!
Awesome people and a great atmosphere. Any time I have ever interacted with them they have been VERY nice and professional.
They will definitely have all of business moving forward.

Tried several processors and were always disappointed in the quality. Found Carson at Hindan's and was blown away with how clean and organized they are. The quality of the meat and how they process is better than your local grocery. I have never had any bad meat or or done by Hinman's. I can go on and on but you will not be disappointed by the processing or the taxidermy. take the time to talk to Carson or anyone working there and they are a great group of people. I wont go anywhere else!

Awesome people to deal with! Great prices also. If you're in the area, I would highly recommend taking your deer to them. They have a small store if you need ammo or other hunting items. If you can, you gotta get one of Mrs Mary's pecan pies! They are the best!
