EDIT: Justin reached out to me through email and we were able to talk about the issue that caused the bad lumber. He fully explained the issue and ensured me that it wouldn't happen again, with him offering to make things right and to give it a second shot. I look forward to taking him up on his offer and I'm cautiously optimistic that the next batch of firewood I buy will be seasoned properly and burn without an issue. (changed from 1->4 stars for great customer service and an optimistic retry of the product)

Friend bought several bags of this wood at our local grocery store for a weekend fire. We tried everything under the sun to light this wood, from starter sticks, accellerants and a MAP gas blowtorch. We even tried to burn it in a fireplace to rule out wind and cold. In our decades of lighting fires together we have never had wood refuse to burn; even dirt covered, backyard seasoned weed trees light easier than this Fire-retardant scrap wood.

I've used your wood in the past, but this round not so good. Bought at kroger fair price. Upon opening the bags there is mold growing on the wood. I'll still burn it. Just be aware of it.

I’ve bought a lot of this wood and it usually burns good. Here lately it’s nothing but hickory and don’t burn worth a damn. Burning in an outdoor fireplace and when I come out in the morning there is still wood in there. It just goes out. Steaming too like it’s wet. Very disappointed

Was VERY VERY unhappy, this wood was wet and would not light. I think this was some of the worst wood inhave ever burned. It was wet and did nothing but pop and hiss. Again DO NOT BUY THIS WOOD!! WASTE OF MONEY

I went yesterday to pick up a load for Kroger in Memphis Tennessee everybody was nice at that place even the dog he came to my truck and say hi anyways I got in there they checked me in quickly they loaded me quickly so thank you guys
