First of all, I want to say Thank You to Dale and the crew for providing Excellent service. I am one of those folks who does not like to take my RV to a big box store and leave it for weeks or months on in to have routine maintenance performed. Took my fifth wheel to Kelly Creek for annual inspection and furnace repair. Everything was done and back to me in two days! They handled all of the warranty paperwork and it was a seamless experience. I will continue to use this business in the future for all my RV needs!

My travel trailer lost a wheel 700 miles from home. I went to Kelly Creek RV and Dale ordered the parts needed. Because of the time it took for the parts to arrive we drove the 700 miles home and left the trailer. Dale allowed me time to pick up at my convenience since he knew it was a long trip. When I picked the trailer up 3 weeks later it was fixed properly. Dale did NOT do what alot of businesses do with broken down out of state customers and that is rip me off. The charges for the parts and labor were in line what was very fair. I would recommend Kelly Creek to anyone who needs Rv or trailer work. Dale was a pleasure to work with in our time of problems

They came out to my house and picked up our camper! Repaired and warrantied the roof, gave a full service on it, then balanced it to my new truck. Very VERY fast and extremely courteous! The prices were much better (and faster) than the big chain dealerships! I’m taking my equipment there for any problem we have in the future!

Dale has always been great to me.
Took my RV heater into him to check it out, instead of selling me a whole new unit he took the time to fix the heater saving me 1400$. I’m only giving 5 stars cause I can’t give more! Definitely have them work on your stuff. Great group of people.

I’ve been living in a camper for 14 years Florida N.C,Alabama Tennessee S.C.,Georgia,These are the most courteous people I have ever met fair prices not out to rob people AC stopped working came out and fixed it could have said you need a new one but no spent 3 hours troubleshooting and solved the problem

We had an issue with the slide on our RV the day we were supposed to pull out for a holiday trip. They spent over half an hour on the phone walking us through how to fix things. They were extremely thorough and at the end all they asked for was that we had a great trip. Plan to use them again often in the future
