I bought a new 12x32 metal lofted barn this week that I found online in Yoder's discounted inventory. The build quality is very good. Larry delivered, set it in place, and leveled it in what seemed like less than an hour. I'm very pleased with my purchase.

Product is awesome, salesmanship was awful and misleading.

Went on a Saturday to look at a few sheds. Picked out our shed and started the paperwork. We were told if it was paid off in 12months, it would be interesting free. What we weren't told until we received the contract several days later was, 32% off each payment went to a "rental fee".

At no time were we told about this fee. If we were, we would never had pain Installments.

We ordered a metal 10x16 storage unit. Adam was our sales person and he did a great job going over all of our options. This company is top notch from sales to delivery. Mr. Larry delivered a beautifully crafted product on time. It took him less than an hour from arrival to leaving to deliver and expertly set up. He was professional, friendly, and efficient. We really enjoyed talking with him. It is so nice to do business with someone who still values the customer and gives terrific service as well. Do business with Yoder-you won't be disappointed.

We ordered our shed the way we wanted it and the color with windows where we wanted them, and was told what the price was exactly when we added to our shed. We also was told this by a different seller that there’s no way we could get the shed for the price we paid for it and it wouldn’t last long. But it surprised us because it does.

Buy at your own risk. We paid for extra items like staining and sealing, however the building came only half stained and unsealed. It has been almost a month of consistent calls and absolute nastiness on the owners part and still nothing has been done. Guess I will have to go to a lawyer now.
