6 hr wait & arrived a hour early. Looking at the reviews, six hours isn’t as long as most of them. They are loading one truck at a time, at one dock. Be prepared to wait. And they do not let you know that when you enter. I wish these companies would realize that truck drivers have deadlines and hours and obligations and laws to follow on the road. This is our livelihood and how we make our money.. when we have to wait all day that ruins the entire day of not being productive and then time changes have to be made For the next delivery.

Excellent experience. Appt 1200-1800.
Arrived the night before at 0300 . Checked in. Parked, called to door 10 min after. Loaded in approx 30 min and allowed to park after to finish a break. 5 stars.

I can't complain about anything being here. The gentleman who gave me a door told me how long it will be until the spot will be vacant for me to back in. Informed me of delays. Was very polite. Compared to other reviews I assume that they replaced their employees. My only complaint is that the brokers don't pay much. But that has nothing to do with employees here. 🙂

Just come in b4 your appointment time. They will call you after you check in. 2-3 hours you get out of here. Not bad.

This place is trash. Had a 0800 appointment, of course, and had to wait 3 hours. Finally, get a door, and it's a trailer in the door. Had to wait another 2 hours for them to move the empty trailer. Once in the door, took another 4 hours to load me, and now I'm sitting in the door because these lazy ass people don't want to come and remove the air lock they put on. I will never come back to this place again.

Prime driver, limited over night parking. I arrived the evening before my 10am appointment and was able to get loaded by 0430. Nice staff

Loaded me up with wrong order, and when I was 100 miles away they called me forcing to return it back which caused extra miles & time, and after all refused to reimburse for putting down 200 extra miles.
