Atlanta traffic, I had a previous delivery that took longer than expected. Set me behind I got to my 3pm appt at 3:45. Got a door right away. They’ll have you dolly down and park by the entrance/guard shack. I parked by the trailers on the first right before, wasn’t bothered. I got the call to grab paper work a little after 7. Maybe the best time to come is in the afternoon or evenings because of the craziness I’ve seen in the mornings. Fairly easy to back in once everybody dropped their trailers. Be mindful of that curb in front.

This place is a mad house, trust me. While they unload you, entertainment is guaranteed if u come with a sleeper 53 feet.
Back doors are super tight. If you don't have good experience in backing, u r gonna have a very long day. If it's just trailers on doors, backing is not that bad. If they assign you between 2 trailer with a truck attached its impossible between door 80-90 .try to come super early before the rush. Otherwise, good luck. The yard is a mess huge pot hole in front of door 82 deep enough to break your truck. If it's super busy and trucks parked everywhere, you would have to go for blindside. 2 stars for overnight parking and security was nice. I was in and out in 6 hours, had to wait for the guy next to finish, and move so I could get out😄

All cold storage here is Americold, call ahead to get check-in door. Some docks very tight when trucks staged in front of them, no way to dock if door next to you has trailer with cab. Very little room to turn around, better to leave and come back in than to blindside. If coming from south (I285/85) be in right lane, exit comes up fast. 3 hours total onsite. No bathroom!

Backing a 53 foot trailer with a sleeper semi is very difficult at the door. These people start unloading at 6:00 in the morning. If you are arriving half an hour before time, then they tell you to wait outside.

There is no washroom facility here. Some spaces are available for parking trucks at overnight. They do the unloading very quickly. The staff is very nice but the security guard is very rude!

Stay away from here, it takes time to load and unload, there is very little space to park at the door, a fence and a curb that can damage your tires, you can hit another truck or a trailer because there is no room to maneuver.

I had a 1000 Monday appt. Arrived at 0900. I checked into security then shipping, and got door 82 right away. All the comments here are accurate. This place has extremely tight maneuverability. I got lucky at door 82 as the lot was empty from doors 80 to 87 so I had tons of room to back in. Security and shipping employees were fine. I had a "no issues" visit. I was unloaded and had my paperwork at 1100.

Be prepared to take your time though, if you get a tight door. Don't be afraid to ask other drivers for help if you're new. No restrooms that I saw. I removed one star just for the lack of space, but honestly, there isn't much the company can do to rectify the issue.

Nordic cold storage when entering stay let go around the building and check in by door 99. You will have to turn around at the end to dock correctly. Very tight backing already watched one guy hit the fire hydrant and ruined his truck. Employees in warehouse takes forever cause they are on there phone or taking cigarette breaks. Feel like they are destroying my trailer loading me. Good luck if you’re coming here and defiantly going to check my trailer after I’m off loaded. Maybe this is why so much damage goods as I seen on other reviews. App was at 2100.

I only gave it one star because thy have parking. I picked up at this facility at least 4 times this year alone. Every time it’s pretty much the same crap. Today which is 12-16-24 I arrived 3hrs early for a 3pm appointment, didn’t call me to get on dixk door until 3:52pm, it’s not 5:59pm and still haven’t started loading my trailer. So make sure you have nothing else planned when picking up or delivering to this place. There is a QuickTrip truck stop less than a mile up the road, I never been there but drive past all the time and it’s always packed! Bring your backing skills as it can be a challenge for some
