The state of GA logistics is absolutely horrible. Companies do not have contracts with you for you to fail on delivering products paid for by their consumers. My package has been in the state of GA at this location since 02/05/2025. Everyday since this date, the delivery time has change 3+ days. This is absolutely unacceptable, and the more companies that realize your failure to deliver. The more contracts you will loose, & leadership as well as those up under leadership can permanently sit at home since you all can’t seem to accomplish the task at hand. Áśè!

This facility is a load of crap. They have been stalling my packages for almost a week stating that it’s a “weather delay.” Then, a few days later, all of a sudden it’s an address issue. I still have not received my package!!! I have been living in the same location for 2 years and only have problems with deliveries shipped through UPS. At what point is it an employee issue?!?! Just terrible!

This must be a glitch of some sort.I drove to this location only to find that there is no UPS store there. There is no shipping facility here. It is merely a parking lot for UPS Trucks.

They lost my passport at this facility. Won’t even look for it. Lousy facility. They don’t take responsibility for their negligence. Highly recommend NEVER using UPS. Highly recommend UPS takes a hard look at their processes and employees. If there are so many complaints, shut this location down, restructure and provide better service. Enough people (including me) have suffered from this private yet bureaucratic and unapologetic organization. Horrible just horrible.

Absolutely horrible.package was supposed to be delivered Thursday. Then changed to Friday which was fine.all day said it was out for delivery then changed to Monday July 20 2020 then said it was on the truck Again for delivery so I called and they said they would call me after speaking with driver. They NEVER called. I called back again and they said the driver said he didn’t know if it was on the truck🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️ You have to scan the package so he knew but they assured me it was on the truck for delivery.i told them I was going out of town the next day and they said do t worry. Guess what. It changed the delivery till Tuesday now.this isn’t why people pay for. And we definitely don’t want to be lied to. Bad bad service

This Doraville Georgia UPS hub has my truck repair project on hold for 10 days now. They are costing me a lot of money and loss of productivity because they still have my parts sitting in Doraville.
The frustrating thing is I could be in Doraville in 30 minutes, but every day they tell me they're going to deliver my package. But of course they don't. They told me someone would call me back many times but no one ever did.
They do not care about my business they just politely try to get you off the phone with empty promises. The next time I order materials I'm going to try to make sure the supplier does not use UPS as the shipper.

Been waiting since 7/21 for delivery one package it’s states on website it’s on the truck nope never delivered when I called that evening person lied first told me it was out for delivery then said oh no it never made it on truck so ok it’ll be here tomorrow ok thank you 7/22 again look up on website it’s out for delivery ok great nope never Gets delivered 7/23 same thing out for delivery yep you guessed it it never Gets delivered it’s now fri 7/24 says it’s out for delivery it’s 3:45pm so let me ask do you think I’ll get delivery today bc this will be 4th day it says it’s on truck for delivery not once was I contacted to get the option to pick up my package according to you folks you haven’t had enough time to deliver my package so four days now I’m thinking I will not be using UPS mind you the package was ordered on 7/13 very very disappointed in UPS
