Ensure you are willing to jump through hoops if there is a problem with the product because if you want to return it, you pay for shipping, which is expensive.

It started with the plugs of adjacent stair mats not connecting. Then, I couldn't get the Smart WIFI Wireless Outlet to pair with my client's phone. Calling Customer Service, I was told I should go to Lowes and purchase DiElectric oil to help the plugs connect. They are definitely aware of the problem, but instead of providing some oil with all shipments, their solution is to tell the customer to go buy some and hope for the best.

Regrading the WIFI Outlet, you need 2.4GHz. My client just had a modem installed by Xfinity and the name did not indicate whether it was 5G or 2.4G. After being on the phone with Xfinity for 30 minutes, after being on the phone with HeatTrak for at least 30 minutes, my client threw her hands up and said "Return it."

I just got off the phone with HeatTrak. They will work to correct the problem - I would probably need to buy oil and see if that fixes it. I would need to determine what Gigahertz the modem is running at. And, if I needed to return items that were not working, my client needs to pay for shipping.

Very crappy customer service in my opinion. Xfinity too!
P.S. I did not include another problem I had with the HeatTrak product. I think I said enough. And, I probably lost a client because of this.
P.P.S. I want to add, this is the first negative review I have ever written and it pains me to do this.

Great customer service. I have a lawn care company and we spray our lawns with large truck mounted tanks. In the cold months we wrap our tanks and pumps up with these mats to prevent from freezing. They work great, they are part of our tools to manage our business. Highly recommend product
